6 Days Factory & Farm Stay Tour

An introduction to the world of manufacturing, this 6-day tour will help you to understand how certain products are made and processed in a daily basis. In addition, enjoy a one-night stay with a local host family in a traditional farmhouse to learn more about Japanese culture.

Early arrival in Kansai Airport and explore Osaka City and all its glory. Learn to make your own cup noodle at Cup Noodle Museum. Later, shop and dine at Shinsaibashi.
In the morning, travel to Kobe and visit the Disaster Reduction and Human Renovation Institution to learn about natural disasters and how to minimize risk and damage. Then, head over to Kirin Factory Tour and Hakutsuru Sake Museum to learn how bottled cans are produced as well as acknowledging the Japanese tradition of sake making that has been brought down for generations.
Spread across the city to visit Kao Wakayama Factory and Yuasa Soy Sauce Factory to learn more about the making process of their products. Then, learn how to make Japanese Plum Juice!
Head on to Nara Park to feed the friendly deer and see Todai-ji Temple, an iconic landmark of Nara City. After, try your hand at sushi making and enjoy eating them! Next, head over to your host family’s farm house to stay overnight. Here you will learn to make dinner and other fun things with your host family.
Travel to Kyoto in the morning and visit the picturesque Kinkaku-ji Temple. Learn how to make otabe and other Japanese sweets whilst enjoying a tea ceremony. Then, head over to Gion, Kyoto’s famous Geisha district.
